April is a month filled with activity.
Communions... We have been videotaping communion services at St Catherine of Siena in Riverside, Ct for many years and this note is to thank Barbara Glynn for all her help. Her team certainly makes my job so much easier. Barbara will be retiring in June, so we wish her well and thanks again.
Anniversaries.
My anniversary is in April... April 26..... and for the first time, my wife and I returned to the Rye Golf Club for dinner. We were married there, a few years ago .... let's see... our daughter graduates college in two weeks!
The restaurant is now operated by the city of Rye, so if any of you are looking for a pleasant, relaxing place to have lunch/dinner.. The
Rye Golf Club is now open to the public.
Graduations...
How quickly four years have passed. Our daughter will be graduating in a couple of weeks from La Salle and my mom, sister and her husband will be visiting us from the islands.... (Barbados.. my birthplace....3 generations ago, my ancestors from Scotland and Ireland landed there and now here I am in New York, there's a book here somewhere!)
